Top Techs Rewards
The Top Techs Rewards program is an opportunity for Ford and Lincoln technicians to be recognized and awarded for their ongoing growth and development of their technical skills.
Dealer enrollment is required to participate in the Top Techs Rewards program in Q1 each year.
Earning AwardHQ Points
Rewards will be in the form of AwardHQ points and must be claimed on the Top Techs website during the allotted time period. Participants will receive AwardHQ points in late January of the following year; participant must be an active employee in STARS to receive AwardHQ points.

Top Techs Experiences Program
Ford and Lincoln Technicians have the opportunity to attend a Top Techs Experience when they achieve one of the following experience levels:
- Master Technician
- Senior Master
- 10-Year Senior Master
- 20-Year Senior Master
- Master Technician
- Senior Master
- 10-Year Senior Master
- 20-Year Senior Master
Whether you are a 1st time Master or a 20-Year Senior Master Technician, you will be in for an experience of a lifetime!

Technician Tool Program & Incentive
This program assists Ford and Lincoln technicians as they begin their career by offering affordable tool bundles that dealerships and technicians can purchase. Tool points and key diagnostic tools are also awarded during specific training intervals to support technician success.
Technicians can visit the Ford Rotunda site to purchase and redeem their tool points. (RTTP Points: 1 point = $1)
